WE DIDN´T CREATE ROTATION, BUT WE DID PERFECT IT

Hettich manufactures a wide range of centrifuges for the clinical, research and industrial market. With a large variety of both standardized and custom accessories. Hettich offers a one-stop solution for your application specific needs. Our units are thoroughly tested to ensure user safety and comply with all international regulatory standards.

Hettich centrifuges are available in a variety of temperature control versions to maintain a constant sample temperature during operation. Model varieties support the option of built-in temperature control, internal heating, external cooling and additional configurations to meet GMP / GLP requirements.

DUAL CENTRIFUGE

Demanding Laboratory Tasks – Made Easy

Dual centrifugation is a highly efficient method for mixing or homogenizing samples in closed sample vials. The method is based on the classical centrifugation extended by the peculiarity that the sample vials additionally rotate around their own axis. The matrix as well as the shape and size of the sample vials result in very intensive and complex sample movements. These can be used for homogenizing and mixing, but also for extracting, grinding, dispersing, dissolving or for tissue disruption.

Advantages

THE INNOVATIVE ZENTRIMIX- ROTOR

In contrast to standard rotors, the new ZentriMix-Rotor has two rotary sample holders which allow rapid rotation of the samples around their own axes during centrifugation.
This additional sample rotation causes extremely fast movements inside the sample vials resulting in effective sample homogenization and mixing.

INTEGRATED COOLING SYSTEM

Efficient cooling prevents heating of the device even during prolonged use. Furthermore, sensitive samples are protected at its best (e.g. tissue samples during tissue disruption).

DIVERSITY OF VESSELS

The ZentriMix 380 R has very large rotating units for rotating the sample vials.
Up to 40 vessels can be centrifuged simultaneously. Adapters for various vessel types from 2 - 50 ml are available.

ZENTRIMIX AS A CLASSIC LABORATORY CENTRIFUGE

To enable performing as many centrifugal tasks as possible with ZentriMix the formerly designed and proven (four-fold) swingout rotor (Cat. No.: 3234) of our ROTINA 380 series is provided. As a fully adequate centrifuge all standard tubes can therefore be centrifuged by the ZentriMix.
